Our team of experts have years of experience in planning and executing events of all sizes, from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. About Kelly Fallon-Carolan
About me? It’s not really about me. What makes me happy is seeing people enjoying themselves and having a grand ole time!
Growing up in an Irish home there was always music on, dancing in the kitchen and food.
I grew up in my parent’s restaurant where I first learned people and laughter make me happy. Making people happy makes me happy. My family is fun and funny and I love spending time with them.
Fast forward through 25 years in hospitality focusing on good food, great service and impeccable design. I have assisted in planning events of all sizes, some with familiar names, some without but I have enjoyed every personal relationship I have built along the way.
With a Culinary Arts & Culinary Management degree from The Institute of Culinary Education I have carved my own niche of overall event, menu & party design.
Why Life is short….. Event!! As a breast cancer survivor and having lost some close family members too soon, life is short isn’t it? So, celebrate you and invite those you love to enjoy the time we have together. Xoxo
